I am thrilled to have Wendy Shaw stage all of my listings. The benefit is that the sellers and buyers see the value in the homes after staging and the features and amenities are more visible when being shown. This has proved to be a valuable tool for my marketing plan. Buyers are spending more time in the homes because they feel comfortable. The pictures and virtual tours come out much better because of the staging. My listings are now show pieces and the real estate community is aware of that. In a challenging market, you must capture the attention of the buyers and we are doing that. My listings are selling because of it. We now do not wait to hear what people say...we give them what they want! It shows pride of ownership. The offers are better and market time has improved!
